West Street Burgers in Wichita

Was good food. Got burger and fries with a chocolate shake. Wife got the same but with onion rings. Pricing was just right. And the place was awsome old school cars all along the wall. Really nice staff. All around good time. Would be back gor a burger again soon.

Delicious burgers and fries. Fast, friendly service. I have never been disappointed any time I've eaten here. Recommend this place to people all the time.

Great drive thru fare! Menu will not overwhelm you and everything on it is made perfectly every time. Highly recommend the hot link, fried chips and butterscotch shake!

Found this place by chance while my pregnant wife was craving a decent burger on a side of town we weren't familiar with. Staff was friendly and fun. Menu is pretty standard for a whole in the wall sort of venue but the food was superb. I had my wife ask me about 4 days later if we could come back here and indulge in another one of there juicy burgers. Low key though, tell only your friends because seating is a little cramped but strangely comfortable. Drive thru is recommended at this one.

I've eaten here for many years now I like the fresh cut fries and I like it when they cook the hamburger when I order it and not have it in a pan of water sitting on the grill that keep it warm like some places do. I had cheese fries and they were pretty good but they could have had a little more cheese put on arm never skimp on the cheese going on the fries.

Do you enjoy being hung up on? I ordered some food here and they managed to not give me my entire order. Rather than speaking with me about the situation the manager hung up on me and refused to speak with me. This is the worst service I have ever received, the manager wouldn't even give me her name. Over $70 spent tonight for a quarter of my order missing.EDIT TO ADD: We were able to get the food ordered after calling the 2nd location and speaking to chase he was awesome apologetic and showed us great customer service for an unfortunate situation. However at NO point was derogatory terms used with the young lady that is just unacceptable. What I have taken is to always order from the 2nd location thank you!

Very good and satisfying burgers. Nothing amazing but I fully recommend eating here. Burgers are a great size and fries come in a hearty portion for the price. Very small and cozy store, only 16 total seats in the lobby.

One of my favorite burger joints in town, been going here as long as I can remember. Their cherry limeades are fantastic and shakes are delicious. Hamburgers are always juicy and tater tots crispy!

I’m not sure if the driver through lady is really the manager her name is Amanda. First off I been a loyal customer for at least 3 years. I usually go every other week there to the point that the cooks know my order they are so friendly and always come to the window to tell me hello and how have I been. Well with Amanda during this time of Covid-19 wasn’t sure when employees automatically start to call customers the “b word” and tell them to get out the drive through? first of all very unprofessional never in my life have had that experience while coming to this location for over 3 years. Second of all messed up my order, wrong toppings and wrong side as well. She was so rude my entire drive thru experience was very unpleasant and when I asked who was above her and told my concerns she ignored everything and just said I’m manager. Who do I have to get ahold of because my meal was all messed up and had unpleasant service.

Wow, This place was amazing. Awesome Philly Cheese Steak and Fries. Our first time visit, we'll be back. Heard great things about the Onion Rings but they sold out by the time we got there. Can't wait to go back and try them. The staff was very friendly and they had the cleanest restroom I've ever been to in a restaurant.

Paid 7 bucks for a double hamburger fries drink. My burger looked like a jigsaw puzzle my fries got cold waiting on the cook to put the peices of mybburger back together. S seneca is terrible this is second time hot bad burger and fries. Will NOT be back.

This was my first dinning experience at West Street Burger and I was very pleased with the food and service. I ordered several things off the menu to get a wide variety of flavors. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, cheesesteak, hot link, French Fries, and Onion Rings. I was pleasant surprised when I at the cheesesteak, I have had numerous cheesesteaks from Philadelphia and the cheesesteak at West Street Burger can satisfy a cheesesteak craving. The hot link and French Fries were also noteworthy, unfortunately my bacon cheeseburger was slight overcook. Overall my dinner experience at West Street Burger was very good.

Absolutle worst possible service, I ordered $63 worth of food from them. They failed to give me my entire order, as I was speaking with the "manager" about the issue she hung up on me and refused to speak with me when I called back. This plan is run poorly and will never eat here again.

Great local burger joint! The staff is friendly and the food is great and well priced. The hickory burger pictured is fantastic, the meat has great flavor and the bun has the bit of char on it that gives the overall burger a great flavor. The onion rings are also very tasty with a crisp coating that's delicious. I highly recommend eating here.

Our favorite burger spot in town! The burgers are juicy, flavorful and delicious, especially with the butter toasted buns! The house chips are great, as are the Polish sausages. There's always a wait, but it's always worth it!

Real good food great service prices a little high and plan to wait because it is made fresh. I would have done 5 stars but they messed up on my order. It was correct on my ticket. That's the first time of a mess up but still have to do 4 1/2.

A very clean place to eat unlike at the Bomber Burger. They have simplest menu that I like. The burger and shake were great. Their fries aren't soggy or/and greasy like other places, which it was a huge plus! Only thing that I wish their burger could be more a little thicker but it's personal prefer though.

Ordered almost a $80 worth of food, when I received the order I had missing items. Called the store to see what could be done, the so-called manger told me they could put me on the books but at the point I just wanted a refund. She then abruptly hung up on me, I called back and She had another employee answer the phone as she refused to talk to me or give me her name. I understand how tough things have been with COVID going on but I’m trying my best to support local businesses but if this is how business is done I might have to reconsider.
